What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how NovaKore Corp. (NovaKore, we, us, or our) uses cookies, browser local storage, pixels, and similar technologies on our websites and apps.
A cookie is a small file stored by a browser. Local storage also saves information on your device but works differently from a cookie. Pixels and server-side event tools can record actions such as a page view or waitlist signup. We call these tools tracking technologies in this Policy.
Your choice
On your first visit, you can select Essential only, choose Analytics and Marketing separately, or select Accept all. Declining either optional category does not block access to NovaKore or the waitlist.
You can reopen Cookie settings at the bottom of the site and change your decision. If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal before you have chosen, NovaKore defaults to essential-only storage. Clearing browser data may reset your choice.
Essential and functional storage
These items support requested features, security, sessions, referrals, and your privacy choice. They are not used by NovaKore for cross-site advertising.

It remains until cleared or replaced by a new policy version.novakore:referral-codeandnovakore:invite-coderemember waitlist referral details on your device until used or cleared.- Supabase authentication storage may keep login and session information when you use account features. Its duration follows your session and account state.
- Spotify and Apple Music selection storage keeps an integration session when you choose those features. It remains until logout, expiry, replacement, or browser-data deletion.
- Security, load-balancing, and preference technologies may be added where strictly needed to provide a feature you request.
Optional analytics
With Analytics enabled, NovaKore uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site usage, reliability, and performance. These tools remain off when Analytics is disabled.
Optional marketing
With Marketing enabled, NovaKore loads Meta Pixel and the Google tag for Google Ads to measure page visits, waitlist actions, advertising results, and campaign performance. Meta may set or read technologies such as _fbp. Google Ads may set or read first-party advertising technologies such as _gcl_*. These providers may receive device, browser, page, ad-click, and event information under their own terms.
When you submit the waitlist form after enabling Marketing, NovaKore may also send a lead event through Meta Conversions API. That event can include the page source, browser user agent, and hashed email or phone values for matching. Server-side event transmission is not itself a cookie, but it serves the same marketing-measurement purpose and follows the same choice.
The Google advertising tag and Meta Pixel do not load until you enable Marketing. Disabling Marketing sends denied or revoked consent updates, removes the advertising cookies NovaKore can identify, and stops new advertising events from that page.
Third-party technology names and lifetimes may change when their providers update their systems. Meta and Google control their own technologies and retention after receiving data.
Managing technologies in your browser
In addition to NovaKore's Cookie settings, most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking all storage may sign you out, erase referral details, or prevent requested features from working.
Browser privacy signals are still evolving. NovaKore recognizes Global Privacy Control for the optional tools described above when detected before a choice is stored. We do not interpret a generic “Do Not Track” setting as consent.
Providers and more information
Our main providers connected to browser or app storage include Supabase for authentication and data services, Meta and Google for consented advertising measurement, and Spotify or Apple Music when you choose an integration. Their policies explain how they use information in their own systems.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy when technologies, vendors, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and, where required, ask for consent again before using a materially different optional technology.
